Kevin Tubbesing formed Stag LLC on February 1, 2006 to assist clients in increasing the value of their commercial property.  Stag LLC forms a full service commercial real estate representation company bringing together the three most important aspects of ownership: acquisition/sale, improvement, and return on the investment through our three divisions: Stag Brokerage, Stag Development, and Stag Property Management.

 

Stag Brokerage will represent the interests of our clients in the sale, acquisition, or lease of property.  We don’t just sit back and wait for the phone to ring.   Depending on our role as an owner representative or a buyer’s representative, we understand our job is to bring true value to the client, not just be a collector of commissions once any quality of contract is signed.  At Stag Brokerage, we represent our clients with experience and zeal.

 

Stag Development brings our construction and development experience to the table.  Commercial construction is a costly venture not be entered into lightly.  Our development group works with you to create the optimal value for the property, ranging from raw ground development to façade improvements or building expansion.

 

Ask any tenant, nothing is more important than property management.  It’s the interface the tenant has to the ownership and the reason that leases are often renewed or terminated.  Stag Property Management balances the interests of the tenant with ROI requirements of the landlord.
