8-acre redevelopment of an unusually depressed area on Shawnee Mission Parkway. This $15mil development demo’ed four unsightly commercial buildings and with a joint, public-private partnership with the City of Shawnee and Johnson County, moved and improved the adjacent, flooding creek. Following the start this project was the impetuous for the City launching their Nieman Now improvements.
This 24 acre site is between the Walmart Center at Santa Fe & K-7 Highway and Ernie Miller Park in Olathe, Kansas. The $40mil. development will be anchored by a flagship ALDI grocery store with their regional headquarters and distribution center just north at K-10 Highway. Featuring 100-units of senior/multi-family apartment homes and up to 150,000sf of commercial space, Stag’s Ridge is being developed without property tax incentives nor a Sales Tax CID, offering immediate amenities to area citizens and tax revenues to the City of Olathe.
Sixty16 is a 67-unit apartment complex offering studio, one, & two-bedroom homes. There are many different unit configurations including: some homes with their own street address with personal entrances, high ceilings, large walk-in closets, and high-end LG appliances including in-unit, full-size, washers and dryers. All units have spacious outdoor terraces with double-paned windows and slidable glass in the balcony door to offer a cross breeze on cool nights. An English garden will greet residents as they come to the main lobby past three grill stations, luxurious outdoor seating areas, and a gazebo with a large screen for movie nights and sporting events. Safe and secure with sophisticated yet easy to use technology is just part of the Connected Living at Sixty16 in walkable Downtown Shawnee.
Part of an broader vision in the redevelopment of this sub-market of Lenexa, Kansas, this 18,800sf former college is in great condition to be repurposed for professional office or other similar uses. With a refurbishment of the facade in 2019 this building will be a head-turning property to the 100,000 vehicles a day that pass by on I-35.
Stag’s Grove is an infill project in a mature, developed area of Shawnee, Kansas, with a population of 200,000 within a 10-minute drive. Located just west from I-35 on Switzer, Stag’s Run demonstrates our greenfield, in-fill experience. With a site that posed difficult terrain and site-shape issues, our design team developed an innovative plan to overcome the site’s short depth and built two-thirds of the building into the sloping terrain lowering the build costs and site grading expenses.
Located at the southeast corner of Johnson Drive and Metcalf in Mission, Kansas, this outstanding location is the geographic center of our eight county area providing quick and easy access to and from these offices. Home of Stag Commercial, The Land Source, and Evergreen Real Estate Services, we are proud to call here home.
Located east of Quivira on 75th St, this site highlights our redevelopment experience. Now a 8,200sf, class-B office building, this property was an eye-sore, downgrading the surrounding neighborhood prior to our acquisition. While it was previously an abandoned gas station with concrete barriers surrounding, the building is now a thriving office space.
Stag's Field is a 372 unit, mixed-use, infill development on a 34-acre site just south and west of NE Bowlin Road and NE Jamestown Drive in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. 8.8 acres will be developed as R1 Single Family along the east side of the development while the west side 26 acres will show a mix of RP-4 multifamily homes.
Beautiful final lots in Shawnee, Kansas, on 49th St. and a two magnificent estate lots off of 51st St. near Lake Quivira. All lots are wooded, and half backup to a city park or permanent, wooded buffer land. Property re-platted into nine new residential lots.
