Stag’s Field

Stag's Field is a 372 unit, mixed-use, infill development on a 34-acre site just south and west of NE Bowlin Road and NE Jamestown Drive in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. 8.8 acres will be developed as R1 Single Family along the east side of the development while the west side 26 acres will show a mix of RP-4 multifamily homes. This allows for a mixture of complementary uses that blend with the commercial development to our west and existing single-family to the east and south. Melding the features of the site and surrounding uses/architecture, the proposed development will consist of roughly four types of residences, all featuring a high level of exterior finish and articulation that will complement the surrounding structures and homes. Starting out at the main entrance from Bowlin at the NW corner, the community will feature a 90-unit four-story modern luxury apartment building with a mixture of spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Surrounding the apartments there will be a blend of our manor home product that will feature internalized parking via exterior garages or below ground podium style parking with a combination of one and two-bedroom units.
