Stag’s run
Located just west from I-35 on Switzer, Stag’s Run demonstrates our greenfield, in-fill experience. A site that posed difficult terrain and site-shape issues, our design team developed an innovative plan to overcome the site’s short depth and built two-thirds of the building into the sloping terrain lowering build costs and site grading expenses. The building was built on spec, including the bank space and drive-thru lanes - the first time a spec bank space was built in the region. Our vision to hide the drive-thru lanes by crossing them through the middle of the building at an angle not visible from the road intersection continues to bring rousing acclaim from the design community.
